Return Policy

If something did not work out as you wished, please reference the below information so we can help you! 

First, make sure your item is eligible for return! All items that are discounted, bought with a coupon or bought during a sale are FINAL SALE.  Any seasonal or personalized item(s) are final sale. Full priced items are only eligible for an account credit. Any and all cancelled orders are treated as a return and will only receive store credit. 

All jewelry items, accessories, and cups are FINAL sale. 

All items must have the tags attached and a copy of the packing slip MUST accompany your return.

Send back the item to us within 7 business days. Items must be postmarked by the 7th business day, items received after 7 business days will not be accepted, your account will not be credited nor will the item be shipped back to you. (We highly recommend getting a tracking # when you ship the item back. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to return shipping

Please allow our team 48-72 business hours to process your return once it is received at our location. You will then receive a shop credit to be used at a further date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Returns will be processed Monday-Friday.

If you've received a damaged item or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items. Please contact us at contacteverraine@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged item or the missing items. We will reply with instructions on what to do next. We apologize for the inconvenience! (If you contact about any issues with your order and you are past the 48 hour time frame of delivery  it will be handled at the direction of Ever Raine.)
