Current turn around times will always be displayed on the banner at the top of the homepage of the website as well as individual items you are purchasing.
We offer insurance through ShipTection that will automatically be applied at checkout. If this additional insurance is removed, please understand that we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost/stolen packages.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. In the event your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to your local contact (either USPS or UPS) as soon as possible.
Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.
Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day. If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday. Please plan accordingly.
